TAC Healthcare has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Supplier Innovation Award at the IOSH Awards 2026, recognising our iOH Occupational Health Compliance Partnership with Ithaca Energy.

The Supplier Innovation Award recognises organisations that have developed groundbreaking products, services or solutions that go beyond compliance to redefine what's possible in workplace safety and health. Winning entries need to show measurable impact, not just a good idea on paper.

The iOH Occupational Health Compliance Partnership with Ithaca Energy

TAC's entry centres on a 12-month partnership with Ithaca Energy, built to give the business a clearer, more connected view of workforce health compliance across its UKCS assets, both onshore and offshore.

Before the project, Ithaca's occupational health compliance was managed through paper-based and spreadsheet-driven processes spread across multiple locations and departments, making it difficult to maintain a clear, up-to-date view of workforce health status. TAC's iOH platform replaced that with a centralised digital system, giving Ithaca a single source of truth for medical fitness, occupational health activity, industrial hygiene oversight and health surveillance compliance.

In practice, that means:

• Real-time visibility of fitness-to-work compliance across sites and roles
• Automated recall notifications for safety-critical medical assessments approaching expiry
• Dashboards giving HR, HSE and operational teams a live view of compliance
• An employee-facing app for booking appointments, accessing certificates and completing health questionnaires
• A centralised, auditable record that reduces reliance on manual administration

The platform is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, built to NHS-grade security standards.
