TAC Healthcare Acquires AgileKM

TAC Healthcare has acquired AgileKM, bringing its iCOSHH and Action Tracking software together with TAC's existing iOH Occupational Health platform.

If you're not familiar with COSHH - it's the UK regulation that requires employers handling hazardous chemicals to assess and manage the risks.

TAC and AgileKM already have a longstanding relationship, with AgileKM's technology powering iCOSHH and action tracking throughout. This acquisition brings that technology fully in-house.

AgileKM was founded by Dr Trevor Runcie, who has spent more than 40 years in industrial IT across health and safety, environmental, and occupational medicine - with over three decades focused specifically on industrial hygiene software. In 2023, he completed an MSc in Health Data at Cambridge University, researching industrial hygiene data standards and their use in exposure modelling. He'll continue supporting the transition and ongoing development of the platform.
